Family Special Schedule
All trains depart and return to Stettler, Alberta
Family Specials are really a variation on our popular
"Country Dinner" theme trips and are good for all ages. These diesel-powered trips
are specially priced for families of four,
last five hours and include a full course Alberta roast beef
buffet, entertainment, and an awful good chance of a train robbery. The only
real differences between these trips and a "Country Dinner" are the very large number of children
on board and entertainment
is directed at the children, usually clowns and children's sing-along. Adults
are generally entertained by watching the children being entertained.

guests find the buffet more than amble with lots of choices. In special
circumstances, and as an alternative to the meat dish offered, guests can
request a high-quality vegetable burger by pre-ordering at time of booking.
