This trip lasts five (5) hours and travels to the Village of Big Valley. Enjoy live entertainment on the train, a full-course buffet-style meal served in the community hall featuring a variety of traditional Ukrainian dishes, and time to visit the roundhouse and elevator interpretive centres, the cars and household artifacts at McAlister’s Garage Museum. Be sure to also spend some time at the Vintage Tool and Collectibles Museum, south-west of the station, exploring the huge antique tool collection, plus model trucks and tractors, and a doll collection. Don’t forget to also visit the local shops including All That Buzz, Granny’s Fudge Factory, and Jimmy Jock Boardwalk. Big Valley Mine payroll is on board the train and increases the danger of being hit by the horse-mounted outlaw gang, the Reynolds Raiders.
