This trip lasts four (4) hours, and travels to Alberta Prairie’s COUNTRY HIDEAWAY (Warden Junction Railyards) and its beautiful natural park setting. This is the first of two trips developed for school classes as an attractive year-end educational outing. Students will experience pioneer railway travel and learn about how the west was settled. Includes a buffet style barbecued burger or hot dog lunch, nature walks, inside and/or outside dining, walk about tours of railway equipment, on-site live entertainment, old-time carnival games plus much more. One of the featured attractions on this excursion is Finnegan Farms Petting Zoo. Please note train robberies are not a part of these education offerings.
